Executive Assistant/ Real Estate Partner I (RPI)

Real Estate Partner I (RPI) needed for High Volume, Professional, and Fun Real Estate Business. Highly organized and detail oriented & positive attitude is a must!

Beginning pay: Based upon experience.  Bonus potential and room for growth for the right candidate.  Position does not offer any benefits at this time.

Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour break for lunch typically with the exception of weeks with client events which will include the event and set up hours for a total for 40 hours max per week.  Some flexibility possible, but please do not apply if you aren’t available and have reliable transportation.

The right person will be extremely organized, very driven by to-do lists, and able to follow up on items until completion.  Must be SELF-MOTIVATED with little oversight.  Must be able to interact with clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service.  Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and must be resourceful enough to figure out the answer when possible.  This job will not require any sales, although business development and customer service is paramount.  Real estate experience is ideal, but not necessary.  

Tasks include but are not limited to:

·         Handle email and schedule appointments for the team leader

·         Market for the company, homes, and brand awareness

·         Answer phones and direct calls

·         Daily email updates and weekly phone updates to clients/team members

·         Data entry, prepare, and update excel spreadsheets

·         Scan, file, and properly manage documents on gdrive

·         Build folders and prepare presentation materials

·         Prepare, stuff, stamp, and address bulk mailers.

·         Maintain and update a database of 1000+ names and numbers

·         Maintain several mailing lists and email mailing lists of 100 -1000+ names

·         Occasional errands and deliveries as needed such as delivering flyers, lockboxes, copying/delivering keys, etc – reliable transportation necessary

·         Update social media, handle E-Vites, utilize online networking sites

·         Transaction tracking and paperwork management from contract to close

Qualified candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint. Ideally proficient with InDesign, Publisher, or other publishing software.
